Introduction:

Within the EGYAFRICA Project, we deliver specialized training programs in the fields of Management, Quality, and Occupational Health and Safety (IMQ-OHS) through a strategic cooperation between Al-Wefaq International University and the Egyptian Accredited Training Center, accredited by the National Institute for Quality (NIQ) and the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS).
This partnership aims to develop professional competencies and build qualified human capacities in accordance with international standards and global best practices.

Program Details and Objectives:

The IMQ-OHS Training Program aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge and applied skills required to improve organizational performance, ensure quality excellence, and establish safe and healthy working environments.

Principles of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement

Overview of international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

Risk assessment, hazard identification, and preventive control measures

Occupational health and safety management systems and legal compliance

Internal auditing, performance measurement, and corrective actions

Applied workshops, case studies, and practical exercises
