1. Establishment
The EGYAFRICA Project was established through a joint academic and diplomatic cooperation between the Embassy of the Republic of Niger in Cairo, represented by H.E. Ambassador Zada Mahaman Bachir in his official capacity as the Ambassador of the Republic of Niger to Cairo, and the Egyptian national Yasser Alkaramani, as the founder and originator of the project’s concept, and as the Director of the International Academic Cooperation Sector at Al-Wefaq International University.
This establishment is based on the diplomatic document No.: 00050/ANC/2021.
Mr. Yasser Alkaramani serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the project.

Vision

Empowering Africa to achieve its developmental and scientific renaissance by building the capacities of its youth, strengthening intellectual security, and developing professional skills in alignment with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and Africa’s Agenda 2063.

Mission

To establish an effective Africa-to-Africa cooperation framework that links Egyptian expertise with developmental opportunities across the continent, while preparing qualified professionals capable of contributing to the advancement of African societies and supporting their intellectual and economic stability.

Strategic Objectives

Localizing intellectual security studies across the African continent to combat extremism and reinforce inclusive national identity. Preparing Egyptian and African youth with the professional and technical skills required in local, regional, and international labor markets. Strengthening knowledge and expertise exchange between Egypt and African nations in training, qualification, and human development. Expanding academic cooperation between African universities and Egyptian experts and trainers to transfer pioneering experiences in human and economic development. Contributing to sustainable development through innovative educational and professional programs tailored to the needs and dynamics of African societies.
